Returns Made Simple
At Pixel Hits, we’re collectors too — which means we understand how important condition, protection, and trust are when buying collectibles online.
That’s why every order is packed with extreme care and inspected before shipping.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Sealed products must remain fully sealed.
- Protective films, wrapping, and tags must still be attached.
Collector-Grade Standards
We do not sell products with visible damage, dents, or major imperfections.
However, minor manufacturing imperfections on sealed products (small print lines, factory wrap marks, tiny corner wear, etc.) may exist and are considered normal within the TCG industry.
For graded cards, condition is determined by the grading company itself.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We’ll review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened trading card products
- Mystery products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Digitally delivered products
- Products damaged after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Lost Packages
Pixel Hits is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
However, if an issue occurs, we’ll always do our best to help investigate and support you.
